Kagaoan Engineering is an emerging company in the New York Greater area, serving Manhattan, the Boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Long Island, Connecticut and New Jersey. 

The company employs Professional and Technical Engineers providing Geological and Geotechnical Engineering Consulting, Design, Procurement, and Controlled Inspections services for real estate development, private and public schools, religious, healthcare, industrial and commercial projects.

John Kagaoan is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in engineering projects. He earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of New York. He passed the long, two-part examination to practice professional engineering, making him one of the youngest Filipino-American licensed engineers in the industry.

Today, John is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of some of the largest construction projects in New York City. These projects include new construction of residential, commercial, educational, and industrial buildings. He is also involved in the expansion of three major airports that consists of LaGuardia, John F. Kennedy and Newark, as well as the rehabilitation of marine terminals and bridges.
